At ANDRIA LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction with our physical fragrance products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
2. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the conditions outlined in Section 3 below.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
- The item must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage
- All original tags, labels, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used items for health and safety reasons.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided in our instructions
Important: Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. ANDRIA LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
6. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
7. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same credit card account. If you paid by another method, we will refund you using the same payment method when possible.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. Damaged or Defective Items

- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrance products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items without proof of purchase
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
